Whoa!! These shingles are most definitely needing to be replaced. Done Right Roofing Team to the rescue!!! This roof was a easy task for our team!!   We can see significant granular loss… You can see the paper starting to come through. These shingles are definitely needing a redo. They are starting to lift and peel. The client chose to go with IKO Cambridge Dual brown shingle. The Done Right Team was there to help.   A very nice upgrade, IKO Cambridge is one of the most affordable shingle available. They are attractive shingles produced in wide range of colors, to go well with any style of home. As you can see in the after picture Done Right always replaces all the vents and flashing on every home!! One of the most important things to do well replacing your shingles is to replace the flashing.  Flashing is one of the main reasons for leaking… IKO Cambridge warranty is very good.  The warranty is a lifetime limited materials warranty that covers material defects.  This includes a 15 year up front, 100% material coverage before the warranty is prorated.
