This Roof can’t get away with a little liposuction… It needed a full face lift.!!  As you can see the shingles are peeling and curling.   There is significant granule loss!!  The brown paper is starting to peak through. So this roof was pretty much protected with just paper.  With our climate, this is a very scary thought.  This old wrinkling roof does not need to worry any longer.  Done Right  came to the rescue, our  roofing  surgeons  installed an IKO Cambridge shingle.  You can see on the after photo we added a vent to the lower section of the roof.  We always make sure that the current roof is up to code.  The B-vent has had a face lift as well!! Every B-Vent gets a new Cap, Collar, and Base Flashing.   This is something that most roofing company’s do NOT do. They simply re-install the old one.   This client chose to go with a dual grey shingle an IKO Cambridge product.  The IKO warranty rocks!  It’s 15 year 100%  material and labor warranty. With an additional prorated warranty for LIFE!!!  When most are a 10 year warranty only. This Warranty also covers up to 110 MPH winds.  This is there wind resistance warranty.
