Better Safe than Sorry:  This roof may seem like it is in decent shape. These clients took some pre-emptive measures. And they decided to replace their current 3 tab shingles… there was some failing areas, the garage has some curling and peeling.  The shingles were probably good for another couple years on the house however they wanted to be safe and replace the whole roof and garage at once.  These clients decided to go with Malarkey Highlander shingles.  The Malarkey Highlander and Legacy shingles are a laminate shingles designed to give a dimensional appearance on the roof. The shingles also include optional levels of added security against algae staining. Notice the B-Vent in these after photos, Every B Vent gets a new Cap,Collar and Base flashing Something that most roofing companies do not offer. Check out the beautiful after pictures!
