From Rags to Riches.   These clients had some old shingles that needed an upgrade.  They decided to go with the Malarkey Highlander.  We sent the best!  The Done Right Roofing team.   Our Employee Only Done Right Team came out to site and installed this 30-year shingle.  They are algae resistant.  They also are built to with stand hail as well.  The Shingle has a special wider nailing zone which means that they are better wind resistant.  Also with wider nailing zone it has a better rain seal so less chance of future leaks.  As you can see from the before and after pictures we re-flash all of our chimneys.  Most roofing companies do NOT do this.  Leaks usually occur from improper flashing.  The Done Right Team always goes above and beyond code.   We always replace all the flashings around chimneys, skylight and other areas that may need it.  Check out the gorgeous new roof Malarkey Highlander Storm Grey.
