From rags to riches… This roof was really needing to get done!! You may think the roof colour was Brown but in fact it was GREY!! The house is being protected by brown paper. The shingles are long gone and have started peeling … Can you believe it!!  You can see that on the one side this roof looks like it is in ok shape.  But the south facing side always fails first.  The roof has about 75 % Granule loss, on the one side. Done Right Roofing is one of the only roofing company’s that will replace the B-Vents collar, Cap, and flashing.  Most other company’s just reuse it.  But you can clearly see by this photo that the B-Vent flashing is desecrated and that the seal is cracked.
